EIP Designs can use the full range of IP rights to protect our clients’ designs.  Although we may focus on registered designs, we can also advise on the use of copyright and unregistered design right to protect designs.  Where appropriate, we draw in expertise from our patents, brands, IP search and IP strategy practice groups.
