Magnus Hallin

Magnus is the CEO of EIP since March 2021. Magnus works together with the executive board, the partners, and the whole team at EIP, to continuously improve and develop EIP towards the vision of becoming the most respected patent law firm in the world.

Since 2021, Magnus has been involved in EIP's expansion to the Nordics with the opening of an office in Stockholm, initiating a strategic alliance with Stobbs, Home - I am Stobbs, a leading trademark and brand advisory firm, and a collaboration on UPC litigation with the French firm Amar Goussu Staub, EIP Amar: Unified Patent Court (UPC) Litigation Powerhouse.


Magnus is a lawyer by background who spent 10 years practising IP law and litigation before moving into management at the intellectual property firm AWA where he held the position CEO for over 12 years. During that time, he oversaw significant expansion at AWA, including the opening of several offices across Europe, in China and in Hong Kong.
