Following their inclusion in IAM Strategy 300, EIP partners James Seymour, Christof Höhne, and Florian Schmidt-Bogatzky have now been listed in the 2024 edition of IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders. The list draws from the worlds of private practice, consulting and other service providers, with specialists from the major IP markets in North America, Europe and Asia. A slot in the 300 is the mark of a professional whose approach to intellectual property is regarded by peers as truly strategic in nature. Only those individuals nominated multiple times by different parties as outstanding IP strategists are listed.

All individuals listed as Global Leaders have been recognised for their particular areas of expertise listed. James and Christof are ranked in IP management consultancy and Legal; and Florian is ranked in defensive patent aggregation, IP management consultancy, Legal, Licensing, and Technology transfer.
