George James

George has a background in biochemistry having gained a Master of Biochemistry degree with First Class Honors. For his master’s project, George helped build and optimise a fully operational single plane illumination microscope and investigated the volumetric aspects of cell competition.

During his studies, George interned at the MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences where he researched the causes of cell traits, namely size control.
