Nora is a Chartered UK and European Trademark Attorney experienced in managing worldwide trademark portfolios and providing strategic advice to clients in the fashion, beauty, food, beverages, and sports sectors, including a Premier League football club.

She is attuned to the requirements of major brand owners and in looking after all aspects of the trademark life cycle. Nora has advised on registrability, potential risks posed by third parties, and filed and prosecuted applications in the UK, EU and internationally. Nora has also handled contentious matters, including oppositions, settlement negotiations, undertakings, co-existence agreements, customs seizures, and cancellation actions.

Prior to joining EIP Nora worked at two specialist IP firms in London and in the trademarks department of an international law firm in Germany. She speaks German fluently.
