Patent Agent/Attorney - Electronic Engineering - Denver, CO
Denver, CO

EIP US continues to expand and is now on the lookout for two additional patent agents / attorneys. One of these is required to work with clients in the high-tech sectors.

EIP US offers a chance to join a team of IP professionals on three continents, serving interesting and (almost exclusively) direct clients. The IP work includes the full life-cycle of patent work originating from the US but also providing US support to clients from the EIP Europe offices.

EIP is an innovator in the IP market. We operate non-traditional structures and attitudes that encourage autonomy and responsibility whilst delivering the best possible solutions for the clients we serve. Paperless systems, collaborative working across three key IP jurisdictions and modern working practices drive the EIP business.

Technical competence in the field of electronic engineering, including practical IP experience in areas such as software, telecoms, computer hardware and related processes is important and an academic background in a high-tech field is essential. Crucially, we will need our new colleague to pick up cases from day one and so demonstrable practical experience in these technical fields as a patent agent or attorney is fundamental.

We don’t believe in traditional structures and so it’s important that you are excited by the opportunity to join an innovator in the IP field.
