Chris has been involved in the Legal & IP recruitment since 2006 and working specifically within the IP sector since 2009.
As Head of Talent Acquisition at EIP, Chris manages the firm's global talent acquisition policies. He oversees all aspects of EIP’s talent attraction, whilst retaining an operational focus on overall strategy, senior management and fee earner recruitment. He acts as first point of contact for potential recruits and offers candidates an initial informal conversation or meeting to talk about roles and give them an overview of the firm.
Grace has worked in EIP’s recruitment function since 2017. Previously she worked in a management consultancy providing leadership training and mentoring to business leaders.
As EIP’s Recruitment Coordinator, Grace manages the recruitment of staff into the firm’s support functions. This includes IP support staff such as paralegals & records professionals as well as running recruitment processes for business services teams such as HR, Finance, IT & Office. Additionally, she supports recruitment initiatives such as the marketing of the careers function and providing insight into EIP’s onboarding process for new starters.
