Andrew boasts a wealth of experience in the prosecution and litigation of patents across the life sciences sector. With a deep understanding of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, complemented by specialised knowledge in FRAND issues through leading UK cases, he stands out as an expert. As co-head of EIP's UK litigation team, Andrew has steered litigation from the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) to the Supreme Court, making him a trusted advisor on UPC matters. His background in molecular biology and a master's in Intellectual Property Management have laid a solid foundation for his career, which includes significant roles in major FRAND litigations and a strong track record in patent prosecution and strategy.

Kathleen Fox Murphy, Solicitor in London, EIP
Kathleen is a standout IP lawyer, celebrated for her strategic acumen in complex, multi-jurisdictional patent disputes, especially within biotech/pharma sector. Her deep expertise in standard essential patents (SEPs), FRAND issues, and competition law is matched by her success in interim injunctions and significant legal battles. Isabelle is a dynamic attorney-at-law based in EIP's Düsseldorf office, specialising in intellectual property law since 2014. Renowned for her prowess in cross-border patent infringement proceedings, she represents a wide array of national and international clients at Germany's foremost patent courts. Isabelle's practice is marked by notable cases in 3D printing, telecommunications, and automotive technologies.
