EIP wins big at Managing IP Awards EMEA 2023

EIP has won three awards at the prestigious Managing IP Awards EMEA taking home European Patent Disputes Firm of the Year, UK Patent Disputes Firm of the Year, and Impact Case of the Year.

The awards are recognition of EIP’s strength in European litigation and marks the second year in a row that EIP has won European Patent Disputes Firm of the Year. EIP once again wins UK Patent Disputes Firm of the Year having previously won the award four years in a row from 2018 to 2021. Impact Case of the Year is for EIP’s representation of Optis in its long-standing licensing dispute with Apple. EIP also won Impact Case of the Year in 2020 for its involvement in the landmark Supreme Court judgment where EIP represented Unwired Planet and Conversant.

The Managing IP Awards recognise remarkable achievements by firms and individuals in the past 12 months.
