EIP has retained its rankings for Patent Litigation and Patent Attorney work in the 2022 edition of Chambers & Partners UK.

Researchers highlighted EIP for its “excellent patent prosecution and oppositions practice” and notes the “much admired in-house patent litigation team”.

Sources comment: "The firm excels at analysis of the issues, strategy and providing a realistic assessment."

EIP has again been named one of Europe's leading patent law firms by the Financial Times. In its 2026 ranking, EIP earned gold in five of the six technology sectors, and silver in the sixth, Materials and Nanotechnology. It is the eighth year running the firm has featured, every year since the ranking began in 2019.
