EIP today announces its move to new premises in Windsor Place, Cardiff, marking significant growth locally within the international firm.

Neil Condon, patent attorney and partner at EIP in Cardiff commented: “The Cardiff practice has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and this new building gives us the opportunity to further build and develop the firm here. South Wales and the West are key regions for us - we have blue chip clients based here, and the office also provides support for EIP’s international offices in the US and Germany, so ensuring we have the capacity to grow is crucial for us.

“As a firm, EIP has grown exponentially since we opened an office in Cardiff in 2010. We have offices not just in the UK, but also in Europe and the US, meaning we are able to work across some of the most challenging yet exciting jurisdictions in the world. The Cardiff office is responsible for a sizeable proportion of the firm’s business, so having a strong foothold in the region is crucial for us.”

The new office has a floor space of over 4,000 sq. ft, including two meeting rooms, a café, and separate areas for attorneys, paralegals, and IT. EIP is currently hiring at its Cardiff office.
