EIP have appointed UK and European Trademark Attorney Sharon Daboul to strengthen the EIP Brands practice group.

Sharon joined EIP from a specialist firm of trademark attorneys based in London. She has represented clients before the UK IPO and OHIM and was cited in the Legal 500 for her “thoughtful advice”.

Sharon has experience of managing international portfolios for clients in the media and fashion industries and the food and beverages sectors. She will be based in the EIP office in London.

EIP named one of Europe's leading patent firms for the eighth year running, with gold in five sectors

EIP has again been named one of Europe's leading patent law firms by the Financial Times. In its 2026 ranking, EIP earned gold in five of the six technology sectors, and silver in the sixth, Materials and Nanotechnology. It is the eighth year running the firm has featured, every year since the ranking began in 2019.
