EIP Legal launches major patent litigation suit in Germany and the UK

Intellectual Property Law firm EIP Europe LLP has initiated patent infringement proceedings in Germany and the United Kingdom on behalf of its client Unwired Planet International Limited (“Unwired Planet”) against Huawei, Samsung, Google and (in Germany only) HTC. The actions claim infringement of six Unwired Planet patents in the field of mobile communications. Five of the six patents have been declared as standards essential.
