We are delighted to announce that five members of our team have been named in WIPR Leaders 2026: Jerome Spaargaren, Heather McCann, Gary Moss, Andrew Sharples, and Sebastian Fuchs.

WIPR Leaders is the definitive peer-nominated guide to the most respected intellectual property professionals worldwide. Now in its ninth year, the directory is compiled from nominations submitted by clients, peers, and the wider IP community. That makes it one of the most credible measures of standing in the profession, recognition comes directly from the people who work alongside our team and instruct us on their most important matters.

This year's recognition spans the full breadth of our practice. From patent prosecution and litigation to UPC representation, the five named partners reflect the depth and range of expertise our clients rely on every day. Each has built a reputation for clear strategic advice, technical excellence, and a commercial approach that puts client outcomes first.

We are proud of all five. Their work, and the trust placed in them by clients and colleagues, is at the heart of what makes EIP the firm it is today. It also reflects the strength of the wider team supporting them, the attorneys, solicitors, paralegals, and business services colleagues who contribute to every successful outcome.

Congratulations to Jerome, Heather, Gary, Andrew, and Sebastian on this well-deserved recognition.
