Trademark Attorney Sharon Daboul comments in The Global Legal Post after a proposal to change the provision of copyright law known as the ‘Freedom of Panorama’ was rejected by the European Parliament. Freedom of Panorama allows people to publish and distribute photos of architecture and public artworks without risk of copyright infringement.
