The 2020 edition of the Legal 500 has been published, with recommendations for eleven EIP fee-earners.

EIP Legal led by ‘very savvy IP litigator’ Gary Moss ‘hits far, far above its weight’ and is comprised of 'experienced and expert IP litigators' who are recognised for medical device, life sciences and mobile telecoms patent disputes. The team also includes recommended lawyers Robert Lundie Smith and Matthew Jones alongside Managing Associate Tom Brazier who is ranked as a Rising Star.The team is 'involved in some of the highest profile IT disputes on both technical and legal issues' and ‘the firm has done more than any other to shape the law in FRAND disputes and make the UK the primary forum for such matters.'‘The firm has a forward-thinking mindset, it is great in the details but doesn't forget the big picture either.'
