EIP has been ranked amongst the world’s leading international Intellectual Property firms by the IAM Patent 1000 – with six partners singled out as outstanding practitioners.
The 2015 edition of the IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners, recommends EIP in each of the International, UK and United States – California, categories.
Jerome Spaargaren, Heather McCann and Darren Smyth were named among the top professionals in the UK for patent prosecution, and Gary Moss was also highly rated as a leading IP litigator in the UK. San Diego-based partners Phillip Bennett and Mallary de Merlier were ranked among the leading lawyers in California.
The rankings are based upon interviews with private practice lawyers and attorneys and in-house counsel to gather feedback on the leading firms and individuals in the profession globally.
