Our Life and HealthTech Practice Groups will attend CIPA’s Life Sciences Conference on the 29 November.

The conference is the UK’s preeminent life sciences event which will provide the opportunity for patent and IP professionals active in the pharma, medical technology and biotechnology sectors to connect and discuss trending topics.

As in previous years, Partner and Head of EIP HealthTech, Gareth Probert will be giving the conference’s annual update on EP case law. He will be highlighting the significant cases and practice changes which will impact how life science companies obtain and challenge patents at the EPO.

EIP Partners, Monika Rai, Andrew Sharples and Darren Smyth will also be in attendance.
