Biography

Isabel is an attorney-at-law in the Düsseldorf office of EIP. She advises and represents both national and international clients from various industries with a particular focus on patent infringement proceedings before all patent infringement courts in Germany.

Isabel has experience in patent infringement proceedings in various fields of technology, in particular mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, software and chemistry.

Prior to joining EIP, Isabel worked in patent litigation at a renowned IP law firm in Munich.

She studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, specialising in intellectual property law and competition law. During her legal clerkship, she gained valuable experience at an American patent law firm and in the legal department of a leading automotive group in the field of IP. Isabel obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Competition Law at the University of Amsterdam.
