Biography

Isabelle is an attorney-at-law since 2014 and a member of EIP's litigation team in Düsseldorf.

She is an experienced patent litigator with a strong focus on high‑stakes patent litigation, representing clients in complex infringement proceedings, before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and German national Courts. Isabelle advises on litigation and enforcement strategy, including procedural tactics, and the coordination of parallel national and UPC proceedings.

  • Acting for Plaintiff ASUS Technology Licensing (Celerity IP) against Oppo and others in UPC infringement proceedings concerning standard essential patent (SEP).
  • Acting for Plaintiff ASUS Technology Licensing (Celerity IP) against Xiaomi in UPC infringement proceedings concerning standard essential patent (SEP).
  • Representing Plaintiffs MediaTek and HFI in UPC infringement proceedings against Huawei regarding telecommunication patents (SEPs), as part of a broader global enforcement campaign.
  • Advising Curio Bioscience in UPC patent litigation against 10x Genomics, acting for Defendant Curio v. 10x Genomics regarding spatial transcriptomics.
