Trademark Attorney Sharon Daboul was interviewed by the BBC on 16 September for its Radio 4 and BBC World Service TV news programmes.

Sharon provided expert analysis of the decision by the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning Nestle’s attempts to register a trademark for the shape of its KitKat chocolate bars.

Sharon was a studio guest on that morning’s World Business Report programme on BBC World Service and was later interviewed for Radio 4.

Sharon had previously commented in a Guardian article about the case.
