EIP has once again been listed in JUVE’s ranking of litigation lawyers in Germany. EIP has improved its ranking with JUVE commenting that the firm is ‘well positioned in the German market’ and that ‘the German team is harnessing the potential of the international IP firm in the mobile communications sector and has two young partners who already have experience in mobile communications matters.’

Given recent advice for clients on connected cars JUVE notes that ‘EIP was therefore probably the most active firm for claimants against the auto industry in the most significant topic of 2020/2021.’

In addition to the firm’s ranking, EIP’s two German partners were praised by competitors. Florian Schmidt-Bogatzky is described as a “strong litigator, meticulous worker” while Christof Höhne is noted as being “thoroughly versed in FRAND issues”.
