Andrew Sharples, the head of EIP Life, has had an article published in US biotech journal Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology News (GEN).

The article entitled ‘Uncertainty and Disharmony Plague Patent Term Extensions in Europe’, highlights the lack of detail in legislation which seeks to harmonise the law governing patent term extensions in Europe, and the divergent positions being taken by different EU member States.
