EIP has once again been ranked amongst the world’s leading Intellectual Property firms by the IAM Patent 1000 – with three partners singled out as outstanding practitioners.

The second edition of the IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners, recommends EIP alongside more established UK-based firms for patent prosecution. Researchers recognised EIP for its evolution into a “highly functioning, full-service IP group”.

Jerome Spaargaren and Heather McCann were named amongst the top professionals in the UK for patent prosecution, and Gary Moss similarly highly ranked as a leading IP litigator in the UK.

The rankings are based upon interviews with attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel to gather feedback on the leading firms and individuals in the profession globally.

Jerome Spaargaren said: “Such an accolade is a credit to the high quality work done by all the professional staff at EIP. It’s a fantastic achievement to obtain this ranking within the IAM Patent 1000, and to be held in such high esteem by our peers and clients.”
